Just as you don’t want wear your rain coat every time you go in and out of the countryside, you should take your shoes off a little bit every day–assuming you’re interested in healthy grounding–and walk barefoot in your garden, on the concrete sidewalk, in the park, up the hill in your backyard, on the beach…  If walking is not on, then just sit with your feet planted on the ground.
